Petrina HainguraPetrina Haingura was born on the 27th July 1959 and is the current Deputy Minister f Health and Social Services. In 2006, she was elected as the Secretary of the Swapo Party Women’s Council (SPWC). The Honourable Petrina Haingura holds a Master’s Degree in Community Health, University of Liverpool, UK (2000), Diploma in Community Health, Kenya (1995), Advance Diploma in Health Promotion and Diagnostics Unam (1992), Diploma in Nursing, Oskakati Nursing College (1985) and a Certificate in Nursing (1980).
